I was working and got run over by a woman not paying attention. Pedestrian vs. vehicle. Come to find out the lady had terrible insurance despite what she claimed. I didn’t deal much at all with Jonathan. Allen McDuffie and Sandy Newsam handled most of my case. They did the best they could regardless of the woman having minimal coverage. They fought the insurance company eliminating the need for trial and helped reduce my medical bills. Given the fact that suing anyone is a new experience, felt like it went better than we thought it would.
