Did you stop for coffee on your way into work this morning? If you found yourself needing a second cup there might be a surprising reason. Starbucks finds itself facing a lawsuit that alleges they are knowingly under filling our coffees, lattes and frappuccino. In an article at today.com reports that to reach this conclusion a team at Rosen Reports conducted a study: they bought the same grande latte a 6 different locations, and once the foam settled they measured the liquid.
And the results? Rosen Reports claim is that Starbucks Lattes are 25% underfilled. Starbucks has already stated that these claims are without merit.
What do you think? Is Starbucks charging more for less?
