They did an excellent job helping me with my case. They let me know what was happening & took the time to explain how my case was going. Some rear ended my vehicle while while I was on the road. My wife had actually spoken with Jonathan Brockman about how her attorney Van Sant was taking long to help her. Van Sant & their staff did not communicate well & gave her a very small part of the settlement. I was working and got run over by a woman not paying attention. Pedestrian vs. vehicle. Come to find out the lady had terrible insurance despite what she claimed. I didn’t deal much at all with Jonathan. Allen McDuffie and Sandy Newsam handled most of my case. They did the best they could regardless of the woman having minimal coverage. They fought the insurance company eliminating the need for trial and helped reduce my medical bills. I had significant anxiety and stress due to the circumstances, and Allen and Sandy were always there to calm me down. Had she had better insurance, I know they would have done much more.

Given the fact that suing anyone is a new experience, felt like it went better than we thought it would.
